The wheel-end reducer assembly line is designed for the assembly and inspection of wheel-end reduction units used in automotive drivetrain applications.

The system can integrate component feeding, positioning, bearing installation, gear assembly, pressing, fastening, lubrication and sealing processes. Dedicated fixtures and controlled assembly mechanisms are used to maintain accurate positioning and repeatable assembly quality.

For critical processes, the production line can incorporate servo-controlled pressing, torque monitoring, force-displacement measurement and dimensional inspection. Functional or leak testing can also be added according to the product requirements.

The complete system can be customized according to reducer design, component dimensions, production capacity, takt time and factory layout. Production data collection and traceability functions can be integrated into the line control system for manufacturing quality management.
