The E-Drive Test Line is designed to verify the performance, assembly quality and functional characteristics of electric drive systems before they proceed to the next production stage or vehicle assembly.

Depending on product requirements, the testing system can integrate electrical, mechanical and functional inspection processes. Test stations can be configured for parameters such as operating performance, rotational characteristics, leakage, noise or vibration, insulation and other product-specific requirements.

Automated test equipment can collect measurement results and associate them with individual product identification information, supporting production traceability and quality management.

The E-Drive Test Line can be integrated directly with the assembly line to create a continuous e-drive assembly and testing process. Test parameters and equipment configuration can be customized according to the e-drive design, production capacity and customer quality requirements.
