Final Drive Assembly Line

The final drive assembly line is designed for the controlled assembly of final drive units used in automotive powertrain systems.

The production process can include component feeding, positioning, bearing or gear installation, pressing, fastening, lubrication, sealing and inspection. Hongbo Automation can design dedicated fixtures and automated assembly stations according to the structure and technical requirements of the final drive assembly.

Servo-controlled positioning, pressing force monitoring and torque-controlled fastening can be incorporated into critical operations to improve assembly accuracy and repeatability.

Depending on the product and testing requirements, the line can also include leak testing, dimensional inspection and functional testing. Production information can be recorded and connected with MES or other manufacturing management systems to support complete process traceability.
