E-Drive Assembly Line

The E-Drive Assembly Line is designed for the automated or semi-automated assembly of electric drive systems used in electric and new energy vehicles.

The production line can integrate component handling, dedicated fixtures, positioning systems, press-fitting, fastening, sealing, lubrication and other critical assembly processes. Depending on the product structure, the system can support the assembly of electric motors, gear reduction components, housings and other e-drive components.

Servo-controlled positioning, torque-controlled fastening and force-displacement monitoring can be integrated into critical processes to improve assembly accuracy and repeatability. Automated identification and production data collection can also be incorporated for process traceability.

The complete e-drive assembly line can be customized according to product configuration, production capacity, takt time, automation requirements and factory layout.
