The axle assembly line is designed for the automated or semi-automated assembly of automotive axle components and related assemblies.

Hongbo Automation develops axle assembly equipment according to product structure, axle dimensions, component weight, production capacity and required takt time. The system can include component handling, dedicated fixtures, positioning mechanisms, pressing equipment, fastening stations and inspection systems.

Accurate positioning is particularly important during axle assembly. Dedicated fixtures and controlled assembly mechanisms help maintain the required component alignment and repeatability throughout the production process.

Torque-controlled fastening, dimensional inspection and other quality control functions can be integrated into critical stations. Production data can also be collected for process monitoring and traceability.
