The gearbox assembly line is designed for the controlled assembly of automotive transmissions and gearbox components.
A complete gearbox assembly process may involve component preparation, shaft and gear assembly, bearing installation, pressing, fastening, sealing, lubrication and inspection. Hongbo Automation can integrate dedicated fixtures, positioning systems, servo-driven mechanisms, automated fastening equipment and testing stations according to the required production process.
Critical assembly operations can be equipped with force, displacement and torque monitoring to improve process consistency. Leak testing and functional testing can also be incorporated before the gearbox proceeds to the next production stage.
The complete production line can be configured for different gearbox designs, production capacities and factory layouts, with production data collection available for quality management and traceability.
